Modern hospitals are full of sensitive, electronic equipment essential for monitoring and diagnosing patients and maintaining ICT and building systems. These are not only affected by power failures, but also by surges, spikes and blips which can shorten the lifespan of expensive equipment and waste valuable time and money. 

Chloride's wide range of UPS systems include those that meet IEC 60601-1 and are approved for use in the patient vacinity. These power conditioners and power conditioning UPS are small, quiet and perfectly suited for use in close proximity with patients.

We do not currently sell IPS, but our UPS units are fully compatible with all IPS from reputable manufacturers and we pride ourselves on the superior quality of our UPS systems in this field.

To assist facilities managers and ICT managers we have developed a suite of connectivity software packages that enable central monitoring of UPS in a distributed system in addition to measuring environmental parameters to ensure optimum conditions for all electronic equipment.
