Academy adds three new members to staff team

The Chloride Academy is pleased to welcome Luca Bolelli, Gianluca Priori, e Cristina Querzè as members of the Academy Staff. With the Pre-Sales Module already underway, the Academy has a dedicated staff joining Roberta Gentile, Director of the Chloride Academy, in the organizational and training tasks of the Academy activities.

“It is great to continue building the solid structure of the Academy with people of such high expertise,” said Roberta Gentile. “We really have a talented and dedicated team.”

Luca Bolelli, after joining Chloride in 1990, covered the role of technical assistance for Italy and abroad, then advancing to International Service Support Engineer and finally to International Training Manager. As Academy Trainer for the Post-Sales activities, Luca will help candidates gain a full understanding of all aspects involved in operating, maintaining, and servicing UPS, including use and installation, analyzing faults, environmental issues and safety.

Gianluca Priori has over fifteen years’ experience within Chloride, ranging from work within the Italian and International Service Departments to Training Manager, covering field technical training and technical support, as well as technical training on competitors’ UPS products. Gianluca has joined the Academy in the role of Academy Trainer for the Pre-Sales activities, leading candidates through the various methods of classifying UPS, products standards, elements of electromagnetic compatibility and power supply systems. He will also introduce candidates to the selection criterion for UPS systems and techniques for battery selection sizing.

Cristina Querzè will act as the Trainees Tutor for the Academy, assisting candidates throughout their experience both through the online and residential portions of the training. Working previously in the Human Resource Department of Chloride, Spa, Cristina played a major part in the selection and training of new employees, the activation of research projects and internships with universities and training schools, and also assisting in the initial preparation and activation of courses for the Academy. Prior to her work in Chloride, Cristina gained a solid experience in an employment agency as a Specialist in Job Placement.

“It is my great pleasure to work for the Chloride Academy as the Trainees Tutor,” said Cristina Querzè. “As an innovative training project, with the support and commitment from the entire Chloride Group, the creation of this Academy it is a huge asset to the entire company and I am excited to play a role in this adventure."
