We work alongside you to ensure that your UPS system is ready on time, from assisting you in supervising the on-site installation to performing the UPS commissioning. As an OEM, we recommend that the commissioning is performed by Chloride’s engineers, to avoid any mistakes and to guarantee optimum performance over the whole lifetime of all vital elements.
Commissioning
Commissioning involves a scheduled on-site visit during which our service engineer performs:
- Complete check of the environmental conditions
- Inspection of connections
- System startup
- Complete check of operating parameters
- Test of the control and signalling units
- Assessment of battery performance under mains failure conditions (partial battery discharge)
Other operations can also be performed such as battery installation and filling, autonomy testing and on-site witness testing.
