Our History

We are dedicated to the engineering and manufacturing of Electrical Power Quality Systems.

    Our main manufacturing facility is located in Houston, Texas. The operation is run in a 30,000 sqf. building, with 45 employees dedicated to the design, engineering, manufacturing and service of our complete product line.

    The manufacturing cycle includes the production of our own PC boards, transformers, metal structures, power bridges, battery racks, wiring and testing.

    This vertically integrated structure provides Chloride Industrial Systems, NA with the flexibility to deliver our products and systems faster than the average in the industry.

      Recent Achievements

    • Software for Customer Use to Specify and Size Products
    • Enhance Multi-pulse Charger Designs with Precise Electronic Balancing (adaptable to previous models)
    • Established procedures under ISO 9000: 2001
    • Increased capacity in the service department
    • Developed strategic partnership with CHLORIDE Industrial Systems to locally produce Industrial PWM UPS
    • Implement Program to retrofit SCR based UPS with new IGBT bridge

      • Moved Production Plant to P resent Location
      • Developed 3Ph. UPS Immune to Load Imbalance with Power Range to 125KVA
      • Developed 3Ph. UPS Immune to Load Imbalance with Power Range to 125KVA
      • Developed Zero Transfer Static Switch, with Overlap Retransfer Control, to 3000Amp 480V
      • 1st Manufacturer To Began Producing multi-phase/low current Harmonic Rectifier
      • Began Producing Systems Alarm Circuits In-house

      • Expanded Multi-Phase Rectifier Development
      • Have Achieved Less than 4% Current Harmonic Feedback with 18 Pulse Bridge
      • Implemented Complete in-house Magnetic Manufacturing Process; Design, Winding, Dipping/Baking and complete metal fabrication facilities
      • Achieved UL Certification for Chargers/UPS Product Line; UPS UL-1778, Chargers UL-1564
