-- Power Protection Leader Hires Jackie Remillard as Area Account Manager for Midwest Region and Laurie Kratohwil as Inside Sales Manager--
LIBERTYVILLE, IL, May 28, 2009 -- Responding to strong demand for its power protection products, Chloride North America announced today two key appointments to its award-winning sales team. Jackie Remillard has been named the company's new Area Account Manager for the Midwest with responsibility for managing strategic partnerships and developing new relationships with customers in that region. In addition, Laurie Kratohwil has taken over the helm of the Chloride Inside Sales team in charge of lead generation and inquiry qualification. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Remillard brings to Chloride more than 14 years of sales and marketing executive experience, most recently with AIT Worldwide Logistics where she oversaw development of new opportunities for its air, ocean, truck and warehouse divisions. She honed her considerable sales skills at UPS where she served as Senior Account Manager and Business Development Sales Manager. Remillard was awarded a B.A. from National Louis University.
Kratohwil comes to Chloride with over 15 years experience in account management, sales, customer service and product support in the technology channel. Most recently, she was a Sales Specialist for toy manufacturer Zizzle® for such accounts as Walmart, Walt Disney and JC Penney. Previously, she served as Lead Team/Inbound Sales Representative for Hewlett-Packard, managing new business while successfully maintaining the company's broad customer base. Kratohwil earned a B.A. from the Columbia College of Missouri.
