Techpoint - leading power factors
Current Chloride UPS do not require de-rating for leading power factors and can be connected to any load within the nominal kVA and kW rating of the UPS regardless of power factor.
The ability to handle leading power factors equally as well as lagging power factors means that Chloride UPS systems can now support up to 60% more leading power factor load than is possible with traditionally rated UPS systems.
